That doesn't surprise me. The row demonstrates neatly why censorship is 
an extremely bad thing. As I understand it IWF has been encouraged by 
the evil empire on the basis that if the large companies don't 
volunteer enough then they will be volunteered by the evil empire via 
some daft law.

As for the albumn cover itself, I am reminded of the old joke about 
"disgusted of Tonbridge Wells", who had to watch something "offensive" 
several times just to make sure that it was "offensive".
