I generally find the browser messages associated with certificates less 
than helpful. For example, looking at this certificate I'm told:

"Owner: This web site does not supply identity information."

But I have no idea if that's a good thing, or a bad thing, expected or 
unexpected. And I think I have some (but not much) experience with 
crypto matters. How is the normal member of the public supposed to cope?

Similarly, for the allegedly "unauthenticated" Wikipedia content - how 
worried should we be, and is it possible to tell which part of the 
content is thusly affected.
