I have no idea, but AFAIK Germany is the only country to have passed such a=
 law. Anyone have a link to the latest status?

If you want to find out more about this, suggest:

- search for "cybercrime" in the title field of the advanced search option =
at http://www.consilium.europa.eu/cms3_fo/showPage.asp?id=3D549&lang=3DEN&m=
ode=3Dg

- you will see there is at least one draft version which is "Not Available"

- click on the N/A icon and make an application for its release (which you =
will have to confirm after they turn it down the first time)

Sometimes one learns more from a draft than the final version. Perhaps if e=
nough people ask, they might actually release.

Everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does a &%=A3$ thing about=
 it.
