well of course once the authorities have a huge pile of traffic data
then a few simple automated searches will identify the leakers and the
leaked to....

... assuming it was "necessary and proportionate" of course :)

BTW: Terri Dowty points out that the 15 year-old Ms Green should now
have been entered onto the police "MERLIN" database with an assessment
of whether she is healthy, staying safe, enjoying and achieving, making
a positive contribution and achieving economic well-being (the five
outcomes required by "Every Child Matters")
