FYI - after digging around on the European Council website, this appears to=
relate to http://www.consilium.europa.eu/ueDocs/cms_Data/docs/pressdata/en=
/jha/104344.pdf
...and the relevant bit is
- "(in the medium term)...facilitating remote searches if provided for unde=
