url tell most of the story, but no mention of the failure of the 
supposed "tamper proof" "tamper evident" nature of these terminals. 
Something I've been sceptical of since Day 1.

And once again a reporting hot-spot (many frauds from one village, at a 
petrol station) shows that better statistics gathering could at least 
nip more of these escapades in the bud.
