Wasn't that about the time that the police/Home Office had the "bright" 
idea of transferring this sort of investigation to the banks? If it 
wasn't so serious it would be comical. The bank steals your money, the 
police couldn't care less and tell you that you must ask the bank to 
investigate itself.
