Of course, despite the best attempts of the Home Office, we don't yet
have conviction by accusation, so time will tell about these cases.
Have they been charged with anything else?

Ditto.

No mention of whether these two cases have come before the courts. That
will presumably allow us to form an opinion on whether the concepts of
necessity and proportionality used by officials are the same as the
same concepts used by "real people".
No mention of the other two cases. I wonder what the forces of darkness
have to hide?
