Amazon managed 20 hours order-to-delivery on my copy on Friday.   As  
Bob's girlfriend in `Towards the End of the Morning' says of Dos  
Passos's `USA', `It is not a short book'. My copy of `USA' is 1184  
pages; on current progress, Ross will be there for the third edition.
