The usenet reading case only works if I'm using an nntp server provided
by the ISP; if I'm using one provided by someone else the ISP is neither
sender nor intended recipient. So far as I can tell, the usenet posting
case depends on who the intended recipient is - I don't buy multiple
recipients, the nntp server (or the corporate or actual person operating
it) is the recipient so to me it seems to be identical to the usenet
reading case.
