If you want schools which only accept able-bodied middle-class white  
children with married parents, wouldn't it be easier to just say so,  
rather than beating around the bush?  And as each such panel will have  
the same outcomes (+/- a bit), what will you do with the large number  
of children who will be rejected by everywhere they apply to?
