I (for one) would be grateful if you could pursue this. What you state
may well reflect an accurate insider's view of how the matter is seen in
"the industry," but sometimes the industry is wrong. (And does "never
been wrong" mean "has always been supported by decisions of the High
Court or above"? If not, how do you tell?)
