I'm the `customer'.  How do they know that the opt-in/out screen is  
being presented to the customer and not to a random user?  If I block  
access by my children to webwise, what happens?

All of those being things that 9 year olds are ideally equipped to  
explore.   And nine year olds are, under no circumstances,  either the  
customer or empowered to represent the customer.
