Such as anyone who uses a laptop both at home on a Phorm-infected ISP,  
and in the office on a business-orientated ISP which isn't Phorm- 
infected.  Which is hardly a small set.  Yes, there are employers  
whose laptop configurations or policies disallow access to the  
Internet other than via the VPN, but a more common config is that you  
disallow split tunnelling but permit access to the Internet while not  
connected to the VPN.
