Google are of course already server-side opted-out of WebWise based on
Richard's section 44 (+/- a couple). Their robots.txt contains:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
etc.

Server-side opt out clearly covers responses, I can't figure out whether it
applies to the requests that prompted those responses (although it obviously
should), and I imagine "search engine" trumps server-side opt-out in any
case.
