Tonight Ch4 News claims to have a copy of the specification for the MTAS

system, and further claim that the system cost =A36.4M to develop.

The spec, they say, requires the site to be secure. They flashed the=20
documents across the screen, but I couldn't take them in quickly enough.

Anyone know any more?
