The current statement says ``we are implementing some further  
recommendations to ensure that it is as secure as we can make it.''

Is that the current government security policy?  I had hoped that the  
requirement would be ``to ensure it is as secure as it needs to  
be''.  But if the bar is lowered to ``get some blokes to do the best  
job they can, that'll be OK'', that's a bit disturbing.
