Having read the discussion of worms and so on there seems to be an 
unconsidered problem. There is nothing to stop the police (or some 
other Tom, Dick or Harriet) simply introducing a few suitable 
photographs onto the computer of someone they have picked on. Let's see 
if the Home Office have an answer to this, though given their record I 
doubt if they have.

I wonder if they will propose anything on penalties for those inside 
the tent? I'm not holding my breath as the white hat assumption seems 
to be as strong as ever.
