The vast majority of innocent computer users have no keys to give up,  
and therefore wouldn't see it as a problem.  The vast majority of the  
tiny minority that do have keys to give up would see no problem in  
doing so.  Whereas no-one wants to be late for work because the  
police stop them on a whim (I've been stopped on no grounds  
whatsoever a couple of times on my way home at 2330-ish, although  
I've never been brethalysed.  Once was some stuff about unlicensed  
minicabs, once clearly my answer `the cinema' to `where have you  
been' was enough: if being asked why I'm out and about in the evening  
in a car OK?)
