I found it amusing that people claimed that webcams were failing all
over London just when the anti-war demonstration was in the area a
year and a bit ago. The same thing did not happen when the England
rugby team were on display. No doubt, like the police acting as the
agents of the repressive regime in China, this was all accidental and
the minutes of meetings have mysteriously disappeared.

Can't have freedom of information. That is somethign Mr Liar and
those who pull his strings are opposed to, while pretending to be in
favour.
