No, but it didn't say I wasn't, nor did it suggest any criteria by which
I might decide if I should comply. I think to assume that people will
realise forms coming from NCIS are optional is disingenuous, to say the
least.

But `industry' in this context means `anyone with a computer'. You need
to convince the spooks to only approach the rest of us through the
SPoC. Had I not been involved in this mailing list I would have had no
idea what I was confronting when contacted by NCIS.
