We know you don't like the Home Office, but what have you got against
worms?

Loads of worms have brains.

Anyway, even organisms without brains, even single-cells, sometimes even
bacteria, can exhibit purposeful, and very non-random, behaviour.

Trust me, I'm a biologist. We can do complex, but for random you need a
physicist :-)
