Common problem, I'm afraid the only solution from the credit record
point of view (rather than immediate bank balance) is to pay up and
immediately dispute the amount. TBH if the mobile networks' location and
call history data is as accurate as their billing systems none of us has
anything to worry about with regard to movement tracking ;-)
