You may be right David, but in this case I think a sprinkler system
would have preserved both people and buildings, granted that water
damage can then take time to rectify.

But, ask anyone from the immediate area where the IDC is and they will
tell you that the only problem with the fire is that only half of the
IDC was destroyed.....
