An issue he doesn't cover is that, if your legal disclaimer contains speling
or grammatical errors, they make you look even more silly.

As an employee of an organisation which had a glaring grammatical blunder
in its disclaimer for months, despite numerous complaints, before it was
corrected I'm well aware of this!

Something else I've been subjected to is (a largely ignored attempt at)
standardisation of Outlook signatures 'to provide a consistent company
image'. Unfortunately, the proposed template was made up of 11 (short) lines
and used HTML ...
