Hello

I am very sorry for this silly question but I unfortunately
deleted a mail with an article about cryptography.
And as I can not remember exactly the mailing-list it came from etc...I am 
lost :-(

So if anybody remembers an article / comment ...
about "the first being affected by surveillance / crypto-laws ... are those 
who cannot help themselves" --- I would be very thankful.

The subject of the article was that due to the fact that most people who 
realize the danger of crypto-laws etc. are mainly technically interested and 
so those who will loose to those laws, restrictions etc. will be those who 
have no idea what to do against it.

Well, again, sorry for this.
