Sounds more sensible, but from the evidence we have today would not have 
helped in Milly's case (by the time she was in a car, but still inside 
her expected area, it was probably too late). Same for Sarah Payne, and 
that girl from Essex.

I'm not sure. Doesn't the current system just phone the police if the 
taggee is not within a hundred yards of home, during whatever their 
curfew hours are?
