But the insidious thing about Palladium (as I understand it) is that it=20
needs TCPA hardware to run and increasingly TCPA compliant hardware is=20
finding it way onto the streets. That means if you update any=20

Secondly, most Open Source relies on the GPL as its legal basis. =20
Palladium and TCPA COULD (and I stress *could*) make it irrelevant.
Does anybody know the legal basis of the GPL in the UK and has it ever=20
been tested in Court?
