Well, we have the Berman Bill which is an attempt to use technology to
take out individual p2p servers, something which the existing law [1]
could also do, but for a scaling problem. Ironically, both the actions
of the individual p2p customers and those of a Berman vigilante are
probably against ISP AUPs...

[1] Take-down notices to ISPs against persistent offenders, and
copyright cases against the individuals.
