So what? What matters is whether they are a suitable level to undertake such tasks. I don't think
they are, by a very long way.

This goes back to whether it is every Tom, Dick and Harriet that can do things or, as we have
ben assured, something only done by very senior people.
We have been told that it is only possible for people like Chief Constables to do these things,
but that has been exposed as a lie.
