 Oh, Xemu.  I suppose  I should read and critique the whole of this
 paper at some stage.  I'm not sure why medical confidences are 
 mentioned, but there is no specific clause on medical confidence.  

 It is difficult to see how this would apply with my own Bete Noire,
 the Scientology cult, and whether it is meant to deliberately exclude
 them or simply in ignorance that such things exist.  I think the 
 auditor might (have to) be recognised as a  Minister Of Religion
 in this sense.  The ritual, which resembles a confessional, is
 supposedly for the healing of the partishioner/chump concerned.
 There is no Deity involved in the whole thing.  It is not clear
 what is or is not a religion here.  This just seems a hopeless tangle
 and I'm not sure how you can move beyond it.
