I think this has already been thought of.

Because it is "impossible" to forge a digital signature you will be 
responsible for anything that is signed this way.

Government, is supposed to protect individuals from large companies 
and make laws to avoid this sort of thing. However, government has 
been doing an excellent impression of being the public relations arm 
of these large companies for many years now. I therefore don't see 
them doing anything.

See banks passing off all responsibility for transactions onto 
customers when any form of technology involved. There is a series of 
laws to do with unfair contract conditions, but government and the 
courts seem not to care for plebs caught out by such outrageous 
terms.

See also the continuing scandal of computer software companies 
claiming that they are not selling their products, but rather selling 
a licence to use their products.
