To be pticly pedantic (and off-topic :o) , Article 13 subsection 2(b) of
the Convention allows kids' freedom of expression to be restricted "For the
protection of ... morals". I'm sure such a system could thus be argued, if
anyone (NetNanny?) cared to do so.
