We know what the intent of the article is, but rather loose wording, this.
If my company makes a loss, its not a person, according to this wording.
Somewhere there needs to be a definition of loss as 'negative profit'. The
Yank term is 'not-for-profit', typically pragmatically put. (I'm a Director
of a non-profit-distributing company limited by guarantee without
shareholders, which can make a profit - rather than it being a charitable
company making (hopefully) a financial surplus. Its not an ISP!)

Run an ISP as a not-for-profit company? Perhaps not, if the Person argument
is to prevail.
