Thank you for opening up such a dialogue. Before getting into the thick of
it, may I ask a question: is this an open-ended blue-sky discussion, or is
there a specific aim in mind? In other words, if there is a specific
initiative in mind it might be useful to know (as it may affect the content
of my responses).
