And that 95% of the world's internet users use MS browsers.

I see no reason for them to change, just to satisy the objections of those
who treat software selection as a religious war.

If government wishes to participate in using the net, it must write for the
tools which people are most likely to have.

Which whether you like it or not, means MS.
