I agree - this has always worked for me.
The very last thing I would want is such documents in html format since I
find this useless in maintaining a close correspondence between the screen
and print versions of documents.
I am really quite surprised that David hates the PDF format since I find
this to be an excellent format. But I don't mind postscript since this can
be easily converted into PDF.
