The broadcast media havn't been all that silent recently on "the
subject". On Monday (I think it was) there was a report on BBC radio
about a judge throwing out a major C&E case because of alleged breaches
of procedure in gathering the Prosecution's evidence which was almost
entirely based on surveillance. The comments about the conduct of C&E
investigators were quite scathing.
If anyone can put up a URL to further information on this case I am sure
David and others would welcome it.
