Relevant to the "what is comms data" debate, the Gbps unit above
("Intercepting traffic in the core of the network minimizes the number of
devices that need to be utilized and reduces the required investment for IP
interception deployments") includes this feature --

	Filters traffic based on the following parameters:
	...
	* Email address (SMTP, POP3, using to, from and cc fields)

Whether this would require a comms data notice or a Blunkettgram is the open
question!
