I was just thinking the same thing.

Having just skim read the Lawtel post (and worsened my headache in the
bargain  *GRIN*), I ~think~ that court decided that the reversed burden of
proof was ~not~ a contravention of the Human Rights Act.

Could someone more legally-minded confirm my reading of that, please?  :)
