It's a group of MPs (and few Lords) who meet from time to time to
discuss Internet related issues. A sort of Westminster equivalent of an
after-school club. There's a real commitment to learn about the issues,
and be better informed when relevant legislation turns up.

I had the honour to address them one evening a month or two before the
last election, to persuade them that if any of the parties used Spam as
part of the election campaign it would probably backfire badly. Although
it seems I didn't make it into the abbreviated report of the meeting :-(

Several industry figures went to the Summer reception this year - great
opportunity to network with Parliamentarians.
