I'm very sorry ... this ISN'T the final version :( but is still the July
draft v7 :(

I was misled by quick reading of what, on closer inspection, turns out
to be an almost content-free article at:

        http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/2461423.stm

I assume that the BBC have run the story because they expect the IC to
release the final version soon (as has everyone since the initial
consultation ended in January 2001) ... or maybe they just had a trip to
Wilmslow and had some quotes to use up?

Any further information on the process would be appreciated !
