What are these ``single web browsing sessions'' of which you speak, kemo
sabe?  Are you, perhaps, assuming a model in which someone connects to
an ISP, downloads some pages, and disconnects?  How does that work in
the world of DSL, broadband, internet connection sharing, routers
costing less than walkin' abaht money, Squid hardly requiring a PhD to
compile, etc?
