One question for my information:
what is the system like in America and England?
I mean, you have your credit card and then?
you do not have an ID-card or do you?

Well, I think some restaurants, where you have stickers on the entrance-door
saying "visa accepted" etc. will accept credit cards only with your
signature.
But:
you give them your card
you sign the bill
they compare the bill and the card and they the signature is okay

What happens if someone stole your cc?
I mean, your signature is on the back, or not?

Usually - if you go to a supermarket for example, you are requested to give
your PIN. If you can not remember it - forget it.
(happened to me with my account-card --- not very pleasant. I had my ID-card
with me which helped but apart from that it was quite unpleasant..)

That is the problem.
I think this is why for example some American states have decided that someone
using a cheque has to give his fingerprint (the cheque could be stolen).
But what happens next?
your cc could be stolen.
even your ID card could be stolen
or the money could be stolen.
So "transponder" for any money to trace it back?
nice toy for the marketing-companies etc....

Again - it is the decision between security (getting money back in any case)
and liberty ( not getting your money back sometimes but in exchange feeling
not like a "traceable toy")
I fear I know the decision of many people
