Later, back in the real world, you discuss the likelihood of (a) a
terrorist supplying any remotely real contact details when signing up
and (b) if he is so stupid as to make mistake (a), his not being in the
phone book.
Freeserve collect no verifiable data at the point of signup, and there's
nothing to stop you from connecting to them with a payg mobile phone.
