Caspar, are they really scheduling Pt.3 for this year? Is there some news on
this?
The homeoffice site's implementation page still says it's scheduled for
implementation in the second half of 2001, as it has said for at least 18
months (but then the "Press notice on RIPA consultation on code of practice
on accessing communications data" link gives a 404, page does not exist, and
Pt.1 Ch.2 is sheduled for Easter 2002).
