RIP Info Centre needs a new maintainer

RIP is going to get busy again soon, with the Home Office scheduling for
the second half of the year

*) inception of Pt.1 Ch.2 (traffic data + anti-terrorism retention CoP
too)
*) Pt.3 (power to demand keys and coerce silence)  
*) Oversight powers over these sections will activate also.

I am seeking a maintainer for the RIP Information Centre, who will be
responsible for ongoing maintenance and additions to the site. If you
are interested, please reply to me, stating :

A. The number of hours you can put in per week, including time required
for research.

B. How long you can commit to do this.

C. Plans, improvements, revisions you might suggest, and technical
resume
