I am horrified at this ludicrous proposal. There are sooooo many of them 
out there (in every sound card for that matter) and they can go to 44.1 Khz 
(CD sample rate) or even above it!
Why is it that when any good technology comes along, someone with no tech 
knowledge at all passes some daft idea to spoil it? - They can't even 
arrest all those who openly tape copyrighted material off the air with 
their videos or ghetto blasters - This new law is as un-enforcable as 
those, so why waste the time and money on it rather than sorting out the 
economy, health service, public transport, schools, air traffic control 
etc..... Tell me it's not a government operation ....
