I was in the courtroom when this lot was going down - the case wouldn't
have clarified the position of decrypting vis-a-vis circumvention is.

Any transcript (I recall the counsel for the plaintiff requested one, so
you may be able to get a transcript off Sony) would be greatly appreciated
here, too, especially if it contained Jacobs J 's "you have no anti-trust
defence whatsoever, do you?" rebuke to Sony before the defence could get
a word in.
