Administrivia: chiark to move

chiark, the machine that hosts UKcrypto, is changing service provider
this coming weekend.  chiark will shut down some time after 3pm this
Friday (the 17th), and will be down all night.  Service will be
restored as soon as practical on Saturday morning.

Note that chiark's IP address will change during the move.
Arrangements have been made for the greenend.org.uk zone to minimise
the effects of the change, but please be aware that some systems may
have problems delivering mail to chiark for up to 24 hours after
service is restored.
